With deep frustration, I am compelled to publicly denounce Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for their lack of support and failure to respond appropriately to the hacking, suspension, and loss of access to my Meta Verified accounts — both on Facebook and Instagram — including:

Despite being a paying subscriber to Meta Verified — a service meant to offer increased security and dedicated support — I have received no assistance after multiple well-documented attempts to report unauthorized access and restore my accounts. Meta’s response has been limited to automated replies, with no human intervention or resolution.
Adding to the shock, I received the following message from Meta:
“We’ve suspended your account. Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account tangquochung57347 doesn’t follow our rules. You have 177 days left to appeal. Log in to your linked Instagram account to appeal our decision.”
This account, tangquochung57347, is entirely unrelated to me. I have never owned, created, or accessed it. I strongly believe my verified profile was hacked, and that this unauthorized association was the result of malicious interference. Yet Meta has not taken any meaningful steps to investigate or correct this issue.
To make matters worse, a user named Kat Efaw, using the email onaflnqi@hotmail.com, was added to my business account without my knowledge or consent. I do not know this person, nor do I recognize this action — which raises further alarming concerns about the security of my data.
This is not just a technical oversight. It is a severe breach of trust. Since 2014, I have maintained and developed my professional presence on Facebook and Instagram for over 11 years. During that time, I have:
Paid consistently for Meta Verified
Invested substantial amounts in advertising through Ad Account ID: 678212980285128
Built my public profile through Facebook Professional Mode
Even more troubling is that this is not the first time Meta has failed to protect my assets. In 2020, my original Facebook Profile: Action In Sports was also hacked and deleted — and Meta never provided a justification or recovery path. In response, I created a new account, Action In Sports Web News, to continue my work. That profile is now also inaccessible.
These accounts represent more than just profiles — they embody over a decade of professional work, partnerships, digital media content, and journalistic credibility. Meta’s repeated failure to act has caused irreversible harm to my brand and business.
🔴 What I Request from Meta:
Immediate investigation and review of this case
Removal of the unauthorized Instagram account association (tangquochung57347)
Reversal of unauthorized access and changes
Restoration of all my professional and verified accounts
A transparent explanation regarding the 2020 and 2024 account breaches
Full reactivation of Ad Account ID: 678212980285128
