❗ A Serious Breach of Trust by Meta Platforms, Inc.

📅 Date: 23 June 2025
On 11 June 2025, my professional Facebook and Instagram accounts — both part of the Meta Verified program — were wrongfully suspended and locked, with no explanation beyond a vague, unrelated reference to a completely unknown account: tangquochung57347.
I have been a verified user, digital journalist, advertiser, and business owner using Meta products for over 11 years. I have trusted Meta with my digital identity, brand integrity, and business advertising investment. That trust has been violated.
Meta claimed a supposed connection with the Instagram account @tangquochung57347, which I have never created, owned, accessed, or interacted with.
Despite numerous appeals, support tickets, and my long-standing Verified status, Meta has taken no meaningful action to resolve the situation or protect my digital identity, business pages, or advertising investments.
“Unfortunately, Meta Platforms, Inc. has proven to be anything but user-friendly.
There are no clear channels of communication, no accessible appeal systems, and no visible escalation procedures that would allow users — even paying Verified users — to resolve issues effectively and transparently.”
This breakdown in communication reflects a serious failure of Meta’s core promise to Verified creators: security, service, and accountability.
🔐 What Happened?
Meta claimed that my accounts violated its community rules due to association with Instagram account tangquochung57347 — an account I have never created, owned, accessed, or interacted with.

Below are undeniable proofs of the problem:

🧾 My Legal and Public Demand
Under the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and consumer protection laws, I demand that Meta:
Removes all unauthorized associations
Restores access to my accounts and ad manager
Removes any unauthorized users from my Business Manager
Provides a written explanation for the breach and its failure to provide support under the Meta Verified program
Should Meta fail to act within 14 business days, I will initiate formal legal complaints in Cyprus and through European data protection authorities.
📣 Why This Matters to You
This is not just my personal issue — this is about the safety of digital creators, journalists, advertisers, and entrepreneurs worldwide who rely on Meta’s platforms to operate their businesses and reach their audiences.
If Meta Verified cannot protect its users from hacking, false flags, or administrative errors, then who will be next?
